    Easy secure access to the accommodation. Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable. Great size. Lovely touch with the free minibar supplies. Only slight downside was it didn’t supply an English teabag. Overall , great accommodation and would definitely return

    All good and complete. The location is in old town which mean we do have to worry about looking for food plus all the attraction is in walking distance. We are happy that the room is clean, the washroom is clean, and also they provide us mini fridge and mini coffee maker which is cute. we will absolutely stay here again if we come back to bucharest next time.

    Very nice hotel. No hassle check in except the door was a bit hard to operate. 24/7 on call support. Rooms were big and clean. Shower pressure very good. Storage for bags available. Location ideal for Old Town exploration and to transport hubs.

    The location was great. The bed was comfortable, but unfortunately the carpets were so dirty I don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned, only vacuumed. We both had an allergic reaction when in the room and our noses were constantly running. This only happened when we were in the room. The staff cleaned the room and stocked the coffee and minibar which was great. If the carpets were removed and replaced with new carpets, or hardwood floors or tiles, then this would resolve the main problem with the room. The air conditioner was working, but not really cooling down the room appropriately. If these issues were resolved then this would be a 5 star room.
