    I’m an auberge guest usually. We saw a deal for the viceroy so we took a chance. We are so happy we did. Best hotel experience we’ve ever had. Staff is amazing. The rooms are huge and clean and sleek. The hotel grounds were literal art. From the pools to the floating moats surrounding. Highly recommend.

    The hotel is modern and the room was very clean. It’s located in the hotel district and is extremely convenient to local restaurants and the gallery district. Our hotel butlers, Victoria and Edin, were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even set up a surprise for our anniversary night, which made our stay extra special

    The the amount of money that was spent the customer service could’ve been better. My phone in my room didn’t work I told front desk multiple times but none came to fix it. The customer service at this resort was bare
