Trini was our personal butler and he was our go to one man army.
We stayed in all inclusive so relaying his recommendations for food, city tours and other activities to do in the hotel including reservations in the hotel (8 restaurants) was a game changer.
He really knows what he is doing.

This is my second year back to the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and am looking forward to spending a third vacation with them again! From the moment you get to the property, you know you’re in for something special! This place embodies the word vacation to its fullest!! All of the staff is incredibly attentive! The cleanliness of the entire hotel is next level!. The food is so delicious! Start your day with a natural fruit/veggie juice juice/smoothie. Breakfast at Casa Cortez with the best beach views and the outstanding staff take care of the rest. They also have a breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet restaurant where they have something savory for everyone! Theres food by the pool also. And the only struggle you will have during this vacation is picking which of their 5 exquisite restaurants to have dinner at! They have nightly entertainment shows! This place is paradise!!! If you want to be pampered and have a relaxing vacation Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos is the place to be!! You will never want to go anywhere else after coming here!! This has become a yearly tradition! If i could give it more stars i would!!

I can’t express how pleased I am with this resort. The staff was superb! I am a member at another resort in another area and I am seriously considering switching properties. This is a top notch resort and all staff is ready to assist if needed and you always receive a friendly smile, nod, and hand across their chest as you walk by. I felt safe on the resort as well. Beautiful views of the ocean and the pools were so nice! Fun games, events, and shows to keep you occupied. If you are bored, that’s on you. The spa! Chef’s kiss!! Overall 10/10 and will definitely keep this place in mind for myself and to recommend to family and friends.
