    3 major problems: A serious problem of weak water flow and changes in the water temperature in the shower, in a constant cycle. Suddenly, very hot water and after that, cold water, we were unable to shower properly during our entire stay there, and it's bad that the hotel representatives are aware of this, and claim they can't fix it. On some of the lower floors there is no privacy, any passerby overlooks directly at the bed in the room ( 2 meters) Some hotel guests enter the pool fully clothed Elevators control is a nightmare TV signal is low most of the time

    Unfortunately , the worst part of the experience is not the mistake itself , but the way the staff treat the guests . The clear impression is that the guest is considered guilty until proven innocent , as if anyone who complains or requests their rights is trying to deceive them. Instead of listening to the guest , respecting them, and trying to resolve the issue , they are met with suspicion , poor treatment , and a condescending attitude . What is even more disturbing is that this approach does not even take into account elderly guests or preserve the most basic rights of guests to respect and dignity. Hospitality is not just a room or a beautiful building hospitality is ethics, respect, and good treatment. When a guest feels accused rather than welcomed, there is a real problem in the customer service culture that requires serious review by management. Some mistakes may be forgotten, but humiliation and mistreatment are never forgotten. A very disappointing experience that does not befit any establishment that respects its name and its guests.
