Had a great time staying in Nevma suite. The location is excellent, good distance walk to every side of Fira. Room is well maintained and clean, I can see both sunset and sunrise at mine. Check-in staff is very nice welcoming and helpful with the information since we’re first time visitor.Great breakfast as well.

The hotel is best value for money, simple and comes with a private terrace. You have all the basics with the best location in Fira.

This hotel is in a wonderful spot. Quiet and cozy but close to everything. Check in was wonderful with Antony. Staff is friendly and helpful. I was delightfully surprised that the room was even nicer than the pics. We are thoroughly enjoying our stay.

The Positives:
Views & Comfort: The room had a lovely sea view, a comfortable mattress, and clean bedsheets.
Location: A reasonable 20-minute walk into Fira.
Service: The lady who brought breakfast to our room every morning was very sweet and pleasant. The in-room breakfast was a nice touch.
Where It Fell Short:
Bathroom Cleanliness: This was our biggest issue. The shower floor was filthy (I couldn't step on it with bare feet), and the bathroom exhaust fan clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time.
Linens & Amenities: The towels were old and some were torn—definitely not what you expect from a 3-star property. The shower toiletries/accessories were very mediocre, so we didn't use them.
Room Size: The room was significantly smaller than what was portrayed in the listing photos.
Amenities: We did not see any pool or jacuzzi facilities on the property during our stay.
Final Verdict: The view and friendly breakfast service were highlights, but until management upgrades the towels, deep-cleans the bathrooms, and provides accurate room photos, it's hard to fully recommend.
