We had a wonderful stay and the staff, especially Sophie, were absolutely remarkable in helping us way beyond any expectations. The hotel itself is wonderful too. Highly recommended!

Perfect castle! Wonderful staff - Sophie was fantastic and nothing was too much. She was so kind and friendly. Fantastic room and a peaceful night. Wonderful breakfast! Thank you

Property was pet friendly with our dog allowed in all the public areas we visited. Staff were excellent. Our room in the stable block was really nice and great for the dog. Would definitely recommend Chateau Heloise if you are in the area.
