The room was beautiful. The staff was very helpful. It was a beautiful room and it was conveniently located to a lot of things very walkable. The only thing we did not like was that we gave them laundry to do and as long as you fit it in a bag, then they charge you €20 for that bag when we got the laundry back, it was folded in two bags and they charged us for two bags, even though we have been led to believe that whatever would fit in the bag was for €20 so they ended up charging us for three bags total. We only thought we had two bags I did not appreciate that but other than that, everything else was good.

We were so happy with our stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Andriana Gkoufa and she was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was so delicious each morning and the service staff was always checking to see if everything was good and did we need anything else. I would definitely go back there again and would recommend this to my friends who are going to Naxos.
