The Village is a unique experience. From the street it looks like a historic building - but go into the lobby the through to your unit, you are experiencing a community neighbourhood. The checkin was seamless, the host took us to our unit and gave us a tour of the 2 story townhouse. There was an amazing welcome gift waiting for us. Everyday we had efficient room service. The location was perfect. Within 2 blocks there were places to eat and shop. The Village has a luxury feel to it and its has a beautiful exterior. I would recommend this location for anyone that likes having comfort when travelling.

Great hotel! Convenient location, very clean, plenty of supplies, cute gift basket with snacks and wine, responsive staff and very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay here!

I really liked this hotel. The location was great for arrival and departure as only a few minutes walk from Trindade metro station.
My room was spacious, stylish and contemporary, spotlessly clean and stayed cool despite the hot weather. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. Housekeeping were excellent.
My only regret is paying for breakfast. I paid the hotels.com rate which was much higher than the hotel rate. Even if I had just paid the hotel rate, I would still not have been completely happy. Breakfast is served in the cafe next door. They’re efficient but not consistently friendly. The food is good quality but I was never offered juice which was meant to be part of the offering and you’re only given one cup of coffee. The cake of the day which was one of the courses was always banana bread or lemon cake (7 night stay) If I’d been staying for one night, it would have been fine but the limited choice at an inflated rate was disappointing
I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat but just don’t sign up for breakfast.
