We stayed in the junior suite for 5 nights, everything was absolutely perfect. Fantastic facilities, incredible views and wonderful staff!

I enjoyed my stay there and I found the staff to be accommodating. The parking area at the hotel was very well maintained and straightforward. The breakfast was nice .

The rooms and the common areas were sparkling clean. The hotel staff, especially Zafira at the front desk, were accommodating, helpful, and kind. The room and bathroom or large, comfortable and beautifully appointed.While the view was lovely, it is not as direct of the Caldera as the much more expensive hotels in Fira or Oia would be. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.
