    Love the building with the exposed beams throughout. Great location. A short walk to anything in the French quarter / casino area but you aren't staying in the busiest areas which makes for a peaceful rest. They have a roof top viewing area where you can see the river and enjoy a drink which is nice. We would go back. You do need to figure out parking upon arrival. There is an exposed paid lot at the hotel, or there is a covered garage next door at the movie theater/ mall. Parking apps can help you score a deal vs paying the sticker price for extended stays.

    We really enjoyed our stay at the One11. It was modern & beautiful. Ladies, the bathroom gives the most perfect lighting to do your makeup. & The location of the hotel is within walking distance of everything. One of the things I appreciated most was the early check in. It was a life saver. Do keep in mind that this is a boutique hotel and room cleanings have to be requested in advance. They don't do it automatically.
