    Enjoyed the spa facilities (located at next building) with both indoor and outdoor pool. Bedroom are slightly old but well maintained. En-suite bathroom are also with big tub. Free mineral water & some snack in the room. Walking distance to eateries.

    The afternoon check-in front desk is junior but with good attitutde. However the woman in the evening shift is very impatient and behaves the way that she did not want to help people or work there. I had to asked her about WiFi two times in 15 minutes before she took action to restart the router. She showed very impatient attitute when I tried to confirm the timing of towel swap after SPA. It took her 3 minutes to answer the phone call, and she was playing her phone when I walked by on my way to dinner. The hotel is in a very good location, but unfortunately it is very old and lack of proper renovation. The windows are apparently very old school and thin, without any sound insulation feature. Even at the 8th or 9th floor, you can still hear street noise. The only facility that is worth of visiting is the long slider in the water park, which can be fun for kids and adults. The breakfast is 6:30-10am. They informed us that the peak hour is after 8:30 am. We arrived there around 9 am and left when they closed it. Most of the buffet items were close to empty at 9 am, and they did not refill any of the hot dishes at all. There were 5 dishes for porridge in very low quantities. They simply removed one of the containers and chose NOT to refill it. For the other 4 dishes, the refill was only to 1/3 of the containers. Of course, they quickly ran out again. Those dishes were really just simple cheap can foods, and I just didn't know how much money they were able to save by being so cheap. I would not be back. Not worth of the money for just playing the water slider.

    The location is perfect very close to the train station. When traveling from Taipei if you take the train this is the best option, it connect to the water spa, the rent is included the ticket. At night you can go to nearby night market by train easily.
