Great little hotel adjacent to the Montparnasse Train station. Stayed here for one night after landing in Paris and before heading to Bordeaux.
Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Didn't purchase the breakfast for the additional €14 per person, because there are tons of breakfast options within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and I wanted to have options.
Not super convenient location to visit any of the major tourist attractions by foot, but the metro will take you anywhere quickly.
Definitely a fun neighborhood to wander around in.

The building is very convenient for Gare du Nord station, but I didn't have any problem with noise at night. It's a fairly small building, but has what you need. The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms are very clean and convenient, not a lot of 'extras' but the bathrooms are very nice and bed comfortable. The breakfast was continental buffet style, fairly limited choice but very nice quality - the bread was excellent. Good value for money.
