From the moment we arrived, Armani Hotel Dubai exceeded every expectation. The minimalist luxury, signature Armani scent, and the warm welcome instantly made us feel at home. Our room was impeccably designed—sleek, calming, and beautifully curated with those iconic Armani touches. The views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain added pure magic to our stay. Service was truly exceptional. The staff combined Filipino and Indian hospitality with world-class professionalism—attentive, thoughtful, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The surprise cheesecake and white roses for my 40th birthday were beyond touching. Dining at Armani Mediterranean and the Burj Club added to the experience—flavors, ambience, and the overall vibe were simply unforgettable. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends refined luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service, Armani Hotel Dubai is worth every moment. We left with beautiful memories and a deep appreciation for the team who made our stay feel so personal. Highly recommended. 🤍✨

Experience with Reception and breakfast good. Rest is junk you need coordinatie wrll to prepare your room after chekin. One lady called as a manager do not trust your complaint. No nerd of alarm noise of construction happening above your room will wake you up in morning. Not suitable for common man. Avoid if possible.

The Hotel is an iconic place in Burj Khalifa. The rooms are designed in Armani elegand and austere style. The dim light creates a warm atmosphere, but the room is perhaps too dark. The service was outstanding, both at reception, room service, and the pool. We tried both the Atmosphere lounge at floor 122, impressive views, and Michelin star Armani italian restaurant, both very recommendable.

The Armani Hotel is of course a luxurious place to stay and every beautiful detail will leave you amazed. But what stands out the most is the incredibly kind, warm and welcoming staff. I have never felt so cared for in a hotel as I did here. The Armani has the absolute best of the best when it comes to staff. Each person I walked past was so friendly and polite. From check in, they let us sit down while they handled the rest and provided us drinks while we relaxed. The wait staff at the restaurants I enjoyed onsite were just beyond wonderful and sweet. They gave me a rose and a personalized birthday greeting on a cappuccino which was so unexpected and thoughtful. And everyone I encountered always checked in to make sure I was enjoying my stay. There is no place like this one. To me, this should be considered a 10 star hotel. The Armani is hands down the best!

My entire experience was extraordinarily amazing from the hospitality to the staff, to the staff of the restaurants and even the food prepared! I need to start this review by expressing my **utmost** gratitude and respect to all the hotel staff members who work tirelessly day and night to ensure this property runs seamlessly—from the valet to the housekeepers. However, I must give special recognition to **Natasha from the Lifestyle Department** for her exceptional efforts in making my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. Natasha’s attention to detail and dedication truly stood out—thank you endlessly, Natasha! I’d also like to acknowledge Monica, Danyal, Anita, and Gloria for their outstanding housekeeping service. From the moment you step into the property, you’re warmly welcomed and treated as the **highest priority**, making you feel like royalty at the Armani Hotel. The only con I’d note is the **layout** of rooms with fountain views. While the view is stunning, the lack of a balcony and furniture facing inward (rather than toward the fountain) means you can only fully admire it by standing near the window. **All in all**, my experience was wonderful, thanks to the impeccable service and luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended!!!!

Foid at Atmosphere is way over priced and basic tasting. But the over all experience was excellent. I would definitely be back.

Room had a very bad smell. #510.Hallway too. Stuffy and moldy smell. They seem to be understaffed at checkin/out. Took a long time. Especially at checkout. I would noy stay here again. It's not in the same league with the other 5start hotels in dubai. Service lacks.

Surprisingly, the room (suite 505) while clean and looked after appeared to contain millwork and finishes that were extremely dated, poorly maintained, and in desperate need of replacement. I am referring particularly to the closets, shelves, and built in furnishings. The room needed an upgrade!

Check in was long wait with cranky front desk staff complaining about number of people for checkin . Not welcoming not at all good experience , room was not good with flood lights outside my bedroom which went on a few times between 1am and 2 am . The phone in the powder room kept ringing throughout the night and the next day even after Maintainence. No preference given for regular guests, not happy with their hospitality .
