This property offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located, making it a great choice. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. While the sleep quality was great and hot water was consistent, the bathroom could use some improvements, and amenities were somewhat lacking. Overall, it's a solid option for a comfortable stay with just a few areas to enhance.

This hotel is not as advertised and well below adequate standards in many areas. The room is very noisy at night, no sound proofing, no hot water in the shower for the first 2 days, no coffee available for the coffee machine, some of the lights don’t work, hair dyer was poor quality and also stopped working for a day. Lift stopped working, and the roof was leaking over all the stairs plus the reception area in heavy rain. The main (pregnant) receptionist was rude & unhelpful, but on the positive side the rest of the staff, including the alternate receptionist, were kind & helpful, and the Restaurant food was good quality, but limited in options available.
