Outstanding stay – true 5-star experience
Our stay at Al Bandar Rotana – Dubai Creek was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel truly delivers a genuine 5-star experience, with elegant rooms, excellent cleanliness, and attention to detail throughout the property.
The location by Dubai Creek is fantastic, offering beautiful views and a calm atmosphere while still being very central. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable.
What really sets this hotel apart is the service. The staff were professional, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.
Dining options were excellent, breakfast was varied and high quality, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt refined and relaxing.
Highly recommended. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was good but we did get an upgrade, however this isn’t a 5* hotel. The view to the city is great but access to metro and public transport eg taxis is limited and can be time consuming with a lot of road noise can be heard while in the room.
The spa and pool areas for the size of hotel was small. Kids pool was the size of a jacuzzi.
Room after upgrade was spacious, and if you like the bed firm to hard, you’ll be ok. Staff are all very friendly.
It’s a hotel I’d use to go to for work related visits but not a family holiday.
