    From staff to building and amenities. This place is to not premium according to its rate. Front desk Manager and Staff are so rude and non professional. Rooms are not in great condition, The floors in the apartment remained very dirty even after daily cleaning. Instead of mopping daily they clearly need deep scrubbing and renovation. It was impossible to walk barefoot for even a minute without getting my feet dirty. At check-in with front desk guy name *** I was assured a late check-out at 4 PM, but on the departure day I received a RUDE call asking me to vacate by 12:00PM, When I mention the promised time of check out , the front end manager Rudely said I HAVE TO PAY 300 AED for late check out. The SOUTH INDIAN Manager don't know the meaning of Customer service . And also front end person *** is lying to me when i checked in. So please avoid this property and look some where else, don't trap by the name of Marriott.
