I stay at the Ibis every few months when travelling internationally. Everything was to a high standard as usual. This time there was an automatic check in which although it was fairly easy to use, I do like checking in to a hotel with a real person who can answer questions. There were a couple of staff at the counter which every person checking in needed their help.

Clean, quiet & very comfortable. Exactly what we needed before a long haul flight. Very efficient hotel & staff are great in the restaurant. Nice pizza & citrus tarts!

Close to domestic airport and convenient to take the city ferry into the city

For convenience and closeness to the airport this property is a winner! It is however starting to become a little expensive!
The rooms are clean, although on this occasion, the bathroom not so!
The reception staff were very helpful, although a little untidy in appearance, is it just me? I don’t think joggers go well with a suit! The restaurant is well organised, but I struggle to get my head around ordering through a QR code on the table!
But overall it’s convenient and I will no doubt use it again!
