    Host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He helped bring out bags to our room and gave us a walk through of the amenities in the room.

    My only regret is not staying longer! The host was incredibly accommodating. Offered to fetch us from the station despite the late hour, gave a comprehensive tour of the place. We only stayed a night but it was genuinely the best accommodation we had in our 11 days in Tokyo. On our way out, we mentioned we love dogs and he introduced his dogs to us! Definitely one of the highlights of our brief stay in Izu.

    Stayed at JOYInn for 3 nights to explore the Izu area and it provided great value. Tacu-san offered a free pick-up from/drop-off to nearby locations (Izu-kogen Station, Jogasaki Coast, etc.) so we did not have to worry about calling a taxi/other transport at all. He was also very friendly and shared about the surroundings etc. Room was spacious with basic amenities (towels, TV, microwave, fridge, etc.) and a great morning view. However, if you are not driving, would recommend to get some food before returning every night, as there are not many shops nearby.
