It's the same thing every day, dehydrated eggs... items they save exactly the same way it looked from the day before... Too expensive... I would take your money and go out to eat instead. I even had a promo I got from agoda that gave us breakfast with the room, then I ended up still having to pay because we couldn't get any support from agoda, and this hotel didn't even try to help with that. So I'm uninstalling agoda and staying away from this place in the future. There are better places in the area for less and with more options to go out in the world instead of staying at this hotel. It's not horrible, but there are better ways to spend your time and money!

Pet friendly hotel ideal to bring your dog there

We stayed on January 3rd for one night, with 2 adults and 2 children aged 15 and 10. The hotel offers a unique dining experience for dog lovers. Guests can dine in the restaurant with their dogs at each table, which is a joyful and heartwarming concept for pet lovers 🐶💖 However, our stay in the cottage was extremely disappointing. The cottage is an old house that felt creepy and looked like something from a horror movie. Although it was spacious, it was unbearably cold even after turning on all the heaters. We ended up sleeping in the tatami room because it was warmer than the downstairs bedroom, but the futon was very hard and caused body aches the next day. Another major inconvenience was the location. A car is required every time you go to the main hotel, whether for dinner, the onsen, or breakfast. It takes about 3 minutes by car from the cottage to the hotel, but having to drive back and forth multiple times, especially in winter, was very inconvenient. The onsen experience was also uncomfortable. The drying area is far from the washing area, so you have to walk nude during winter. When you reach the washing area, the water does not warm up easily, leaving you waiting while freezing cold. Overall, I regret choosing this hotel. There were many positive reviews, which is why I booked it, and I truly hoped to have the same experience. Unfortunately, we did not. I paid *** for one night through Agoda, plus the onsen tax which is understandable, and an additional ¥3,960 for electricity. Yes, electricity, for just one night. We even turned off all the heaters before leaving. If I had known the cottage was this old and uncomfortable, I would have preferred to stay at home. My husband also struggled with driving due to snow. The road between the hotel and the cottage is sloped and dangerous. The parking area beside the cottage was covered in snow, and my son slipped. In the end, we had to do what should have been the hotel’s responsibility, using buckets to pour hot water on the parking area and the path to the door. If you are planning to stay at this hotel, choose your room very carefully and do not select the cottage. Although it is listed for 4 or more people, it is extremely inconvenient and not worth the price.
