The rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a good night's sleep and reliable hot water. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. While cleanliness was generally good, some aspects could be improved. Staff and facilities were average, and the view and breakfast options left something to be desired. Overall, it offered solid value for money.

Great location on the northern end of Patong beach- maybe a 5 minute walk north from Bangla road. Hotel is clean and smart - they give you water bottles and have chilled filter water by the elevators on each floor, 4 total floors with a small pool on the top 4th floor - adequate for a quick dip. Directly across the street is a large hotel complex with a food court and a large convenience store and the beach is less than a one minute walk. Staff are helpful and courteous.

This hotel falls short of their chain KOKOTel standard -otherwise a staisfactory name as per our past stays at various places of this chain. Although Patong beach is very closeby this hotel needs some overhauling due to its congested postion surrounded by other buildings. Hotel outdoor ac units were very noisy, comode switch loosened and noise from surrounded buildings reach room. Otherwise comfortable stay.
