    A nice comfortable bed, very clean, the staff are very helpful and kind. I would live here if I could. Lovely rooms, lovely people, 5 stars in my book.

    stay 6 nights. 1) Check-in: Some confusion on booking due to "name not able to use on multiple booking with Agoda (booked 2 rooms (connecting room)) **took about 35-40mins to resolve 2) Room cleanliness questionable when a problem arises on the 2nd night which caused trauma to me & my friend. I do not want to specifically say what is the issues but it’s very unpleasant experience for me & my friend to witness the whole situation which is the first time I had where I have been travelling staying from 1 to 5 stars hotel throughout and nothing as bad as I had with this hotel. **was given another room for the night and was given 2 bedrooms for the rest of my stay. Staffs are very helpful to help the move. 3) 2 bedrooms given was on the 3rd floor, the water pressure was not so strong as 2nd floor that I stayed for prior. The toilet not able to flush on the 2nd day & not resolved till we check out. **luckily, we got 2 toilets for 2 bedrooms 4) no coffee mugs, only teacups provided. 5) - not provided in room: room slippers, sponge & detergent for dish washing, no packet coffee given - provided in room: toothbrush, shower gel & shampoo (wall-mount) and 2 bottles of drinking water daily. **able to purchase the above at the reception. 6) Calling grab for pickup & drop-off must be specify. Can’t predict where they will be picking us or dropping off. So, must indicate the exact location through apps message and if you know Thai will be better coz some don’t understand English. 7) the corridor is very warm & stuffy during the day & night. The hall going up the room are warm & stuffy as well. Only the main reception area has air-con. 8) The air-con are really very old so, at times it works well, so is the remote control, you will need some skills on pressing to have the air-con works. I think when they took over the building to convert to hotel, only done some refurnishing not entire electric & piping work. 9) Refrigerator is big and cold. 10) Bedding is comfortable. Additional quilt is available with charges. Extra pillow available in room (inside closet, and the closet is huge). Overall, I believe this is the best hotel around that area, nearest to the private hospital. Accessible to shopping mall, premium outlets and tourist area with Grab. With the trauma on the 2nd night, I am glad that with the help of the staffs, we can forget on the terrible episode and continue our stay with ease.
