    No one was there when we arrived, and we had no booking. Facilities are unclear from the website, as it gives the impression of being a first-rate boutique-style hotel. It's only a Band B, and since you're admitted, you must pay immediately!- You're on your own. There was a cleaning machine in the pool on a very hot afternoon when we arrived, but no one was there to remove it, and we kept trying to get through to reception for help. The young manager left immediately after we paid, not even hanging around to see if we needed anything. His mum did her best to be helpful but had no English. She made a big effort to lay out a large buffet for breakfast, but there were no hot options; there were just a lot of cakes, pastries, etc. Its location is 2km from Lecce centre and nothing is nearby, such as a restaurant, shop or bar. This spot would suit you if you'd like a place to get away from it all with beautiful bedrooms. But unfortunately, we were very disappointed with how this matched up to its advertisement At this price
