    Room is small but I can survive for 1 person Do not expect for view from room as its within neighborbood area Strategic location close to some cafe and meals like Swan Cafe Responsive and smiley staff Old setting of room but with good cleanliness well maintained Soap and shampoo all provided Enough for sleep and resting Need improvement in linen and towel need refurbishment

    We were a group of friends but rooms attributed at different time. Some of the receptionists had strange communication skills. Also in the corridors there were lots of noises from housekeeping since 7- 8am; talking loud among themselves or on intercoms to the noises coming from doors when being closed by other guests. The hotel is literally situated in the Nana Plaza street, so expect prostitutes on the street in front of the hotel. I can say that the only positive thing that I appreciated was the super comfy bed, this was a big +. Room was clean, enough big for 2-3 days stay. But some extra amenities like toouthbrush and slippers would be appreciated
