Nysis Koufonisia

Staff was amazing. Poolside sunset is stunning. Vegetation is nice and calming. Close to everything. Just positives.

We loved our stay at Nysis. The rooms were well appointed, quiet and spotlessly clean. The gardens and pool area were lovely - perfect for a bit of sunbathing, reading or just sitting with a cold glass of wine. The location is convenient for both the beaches and restaurants and the port, from which the boat taxi can take you to the beaches further around the island. But what really elevates this hotel is the people. All of the staff were super friendly and Panos (the owner) and Maria could not do enough to help. The complementary transfer from the port to the hotel was also most welcome. If we ever return to Koufonisia, I know where will be staying.

We had a wonderful stay at Nysis. Maria went above and beyond for us with restaurant recommendations and knowledge of the island. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Our ferry out of the island was canceled and Maria was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend Nysis!

A wonderful stay at Nysis ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay at Nysis. Everything felt fresh, modern and beautifully looked after. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and had a lovely balcony. One of our favorite things was the breakfast basket that was brought to our room every morning. Such a lovely touch, and the perfect way to start the day. The pool is beautiful and very modern, and the whole place has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. But what really made our stay special were the people. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. The owner was especially wonderful. When it was time for us to leave, he personally drove us to the port and even came down to say goodbye. That little personal gesture really meant a lot to us. We truly felt very welcome at Nysis and would happily come back anytime. A beautiful place with wonderful people. ❤️
