    I recently stayed at Laxmi Palace in Mussoorie, and it was a truly delightful experience. The hotel offers stunning views of the valley and the surrounding hills — waking up to the morning mist and the sound of birds was magical. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was exceptionally courteous and always ready to help. The location is perfect — close enough to Mall Road to enjoy the buzz, yet far enough to have peace and quiet. Overall, Laxmi Palace is great value for money, and I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the charm of Mussoorie. I’d definitely stay here again!

    I am writing this letter to formally raise a complaint regarding the extremely disappointing experience I have had during my recent stay at your hotel Upon checking into my room, I discovered that the washbasin in the bathroom was broken, causing wastewater to leak onto the floor and creating an unhygienic and inconvenient situation. This issue not only caused discomfort but also posed a potential health and safety risk. I immediately brought this matter to the attention of the front desk and the hotel manager. However, instead of receiving a courteous and professional response, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. The manager, rather than offering a solution or even an apology, told me that no other rooms were available and that I was free to file a complaint if I wished. Such behavior from hotel management is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. As a guest, I expected a certain standard of maintenance, hygiene, and customer service — all of which were unfortunately lacking in this case. This experience has not only ruined the quality of my stay but also left me deeply dissatisfied with the services of your establishment. I request that this matter be investigated promptly. I would appreciate a written apology and a suitable resolution, which may include compensation for the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, I urge you to ensure that such incidents are not repeated with future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.     The location is great but that's just the only good thing apart from that the room was not Good it was dirty the washroom condition was bad. You can get better at this price range
