    Our stay was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism in handling a power outage. Shortly after check-in, the electricity went out, and despite repeated requests, the staff took over an hour or more to arrange a room change, even though other rooms had power. Their response lacked urgency and concern for guest comfort. I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding guest safety. A male staff member, wearing white shirt and spectacles, possibly a manager!?repeatedly entered our room without permission, also wearing dirty footwear and made me and my wife uncomfortable by continuously staring, by standing so closely. Also in common areas like the lift he ran behind to stare and make my wife and other female guests uncomfortable. This cheap, unsafe behaviour was highly unprofessional and inappropriate. The hotel's infrastructure, food, parking, reception, and other staff were good, but this worst experience overshadowed our stay. I strongly urge the hotel management to investigate this matter and take strict action on the described person. I hope this review helps future FEMALE guests and encourages the management to address these issues seriously.
