    It has a little dated feeling but great value for money. No pool or food on site. We have used it a few times though and it is great value.

    Value for money and right near the beach and resurants. I had a nice room with a great balcony. They provided a decent size fridge with mini bar. All the staff are lovely. Only negatives was the aircon was a little on the weak side, the water pressure in the shower was low sometimes and the Italian restaurant (nice pizza) have the music very loud sometimes - it stops at 10.30pm when they close though so wasn't an issue for me. I booked 3 days at first and then extended it to 10 as it was good value.

    This lovely homestay is in a perfect location. 3 minutes walk from a beautiful beach and surrounded by cafes, bars and multi national restaurants. Buzzing with life yet not overwhelming and just 10 minutes by car into Hoi An old town, famous later boats river and a huge market. The staff here cannot do enough for you, they were really kind and helpful. I am a solo female traveller and they made me feel like one of the family. I cannot recommend this place enough! Stop scrolling and book it. I did and will definitely be back again.
