If there is a better place to stay with nicer professional staff I wouldn't know because the staff here is amazing so I keep coming back. I have 4 weeks of stays at Factory Lofts Medellin and they have all been exceptional! The people that work here are truly exceptional and I cannot overstate that! From the room service attendant Sol, to the front desk supervisor Santiago you will get the same 5 star level of assistance from everyone and I mean everyone! Not one time did I ask for help and the staff did not go above and beyond! These are exceptional young people with amazing futures ahead of them! I am just an average joe looking for a decent place to stay while I am in town and this is how they treat me. Clean room! Beyond Excellent staff! Beautiful rooftop and absolutely delicious breakfast, bar and dinner options on the ground floor all at a great price! Factory Lofts is an exceptional value for the money. I would like to personally thank everyone on the FLM TEAM for making me feel welcome and at home. I'll be back!

I can truly recommend this place. We stayed in a wonderful studio apartment, and it was perfect to have our own little kitchen and plenty of space. Everything was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was a large TV.
When we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful welcome package including water, beer, coffee, and a delicious locally made cake. Such a lovely surprise!
Guests can use the laundry facilities free of charge, and there’s a beautiful rooftop pool with the most amazing view. In the evening, it turns into a warm jacuzzi, which was absolutely fantastic.
The service is also outstanding. A huge shout-out to Andres, who is always happy to help. He is welcoming and attentive at the reception, and he also replies instantly on WhatsApp whenever you need anything.
There is no doubt in our minds: if you’re visiting Medellín, this is the place to stay! ☀️
