Pharae Palace Hotel

I have travelled for the last 35 years for business and pleasure. I have stayed at many different type of hotels with various ratings. This was our 2nd stay in 24 months at the Pharae Hotel and the staff is excellent, regardless if you speak Greek or English. The room and the hotel were very clean. The location is perfect. ✅ Both our stays were amazing and it felt like home away from home. I will be staying there again on my next visit to Kalamata. The costing is very reasonable and I highly recommend this hotel. Congrats to management and the staff for the excellent service that they provide…. 💯👏👏👏

Excellent work

Perfect spot to explore kalamata. Right on the paralia and walking distance to lots of beach bars and food options. The hotel itself has a beautiful lobby and rooftop bar. And the rooms are solid. Will definitely be returning.

Initially we felt a little disappointed inspite of an incredible welcome. Our room had no towels and was a little tired with stains on the sofa. The shower head was positioned so water shot through gap in screen all over the floor. So we could only have hand held showers. However the rest of the hotel was beautiful and the staff incredibly helpful Breakfast service was a bit hit and miss at times. Though maybe trainee staff. The lady who bought out food was incredible constantly restocking and cleaning. We booked this hotel due to private beach but we're told it had closed day before. However we were ok as discovered some other places and lots of beach and sunbeds to choose from. Inspite of this. The hotel served it's purpose and I would recommend and or go back. I just think we didn't get the advertised refurbished room. Thankyou for a great visit.
