This hotel was perfect for our week in Beijing. Staff were always ready to help - nothing was too much. Bed was very comfortable and the pillow was so good it had me literally dreaming of ordering one to bring back to NZ! We would stay here again if back in Beijing - such good value for what it cost us.

Fairmont Beijing made our family trip very comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely kind, and the breakfast was also excellent. However, the smell of cigarette smoke lingered, which is something that needs to be fixed. Overall, it was wonderful.
