We had a pleasant stay in this boutique hotel. It is definitely 4 star and not a luxury hotel though has 'royal' vibes. Location is exceptional, staff pleasant and friendly. Don't bother with the breakfast. AC doesn't work. Safe in the room required an expert to come and help set up. We stayed 4 nights and it was a great base for overall visit

I would highly recommend this hotel for what it has to offer..! First of all, I got a really decent deal on agoda, and paid an average of AED 400 a night. The quality of room was great (although a little small), with really good toileteries, breakwas was nice too (a few vegetarian options for me, but it worked..!), complimentary lindt chocolates at reception/ breakfast, and it has an amazing castle view, with a strategic location in a central and quiet area with just 5-min walk to a major tram/ metro station and to the castle complex. Very convenient, we could visit every attractions by feet only, without getting ourselves exhausted. The hotel staff was very nice and gentle. Sushila (receptionist) offered us wine upon arrival, that was really sweet of her. Guests are also provided with complimentary umbrellas for rain. I am definitely staying again when visiting prague next, hopefully soon..!

You will be charged to use the SPA/Sauna €50 for 90 mins and you have to book this in advance, these points are not explained when booking. The hotel is fairly close to river but over priced for what it is and not a 5 star hotel but more like a 3 star. The room was clean and pretty with nice view of castle. Please be careful of the pillows inside the pillow case they are super dirty, I couldn’t believe it, they were yellow and orange. My robe had a hole in it, I wish they didn’t provide that. The breakfast is shockingly poor, been to so many hotels in my time and not ever seen a place getting continental breakfast wrong: eggs were over cooked to the point they were dry , no moisture, only a small plate of meat. The beans were all over cooked and stuck to the bottom of the dish. The omelette station was just for show. Half way through my coffee we find a small little cup in the cup! Brekafast is a 2 out of 10. 2 member of the staff out of the 5 that we met did not understand a word of English. There were not enough plug sockets, only 2 and 1 of them was a super long stretch whilst on the floor on your knees and behind the table. Deal lamp didn’t work on the second night. Now how is all this been rated as 5 star. I’m so disappointed, I hope nobody has to go through this.
