It is a lovely facility. The staff is kind and helpful.
We had some confusion on checking in, I had apparently booked a room without a private bath or closet. As we were there to attend a wedding, I wanted my own bathroom and a place to hang our "dressup" clothes. They were able to change our room and accomodate us.

First the positives: Easy check-in, comfortable bed, lovely grounds, excellent breakfast. Unfortunately, the room was stuffy and hot. The small air conditioner took a while to cool the room and, as there was only 1 window, also blocked out most of the natural light. The private bathroom for the Organdy room was across the hall (not en suite) and the spigot in the bathtub was encrusted with corrosion — which was a major disappointment.
