The information for this property is misleading, the info says it is located in the center, and the hotel is a fake replica of the buildings in the historic district of São Joao del Reí, so that it appears as if the property is located right on the historic district which it is not, it is located by a high speed road and a 20min walk from the town center. We had cars cruising by at high speed and loud noises all night. Breakfast buffet was good, probably the only good thing about the property.

My room was drab and cold; I hated the time I spent in it. Uncomfortable bed. Thin towel and only one. Cold water from the one working facet. No charm at all. Note: food service at all from 10 am to 10 pm.
