Uncomfortable and cold

Location and style of the house, built in the 18th hundred

The weather was cold, they kept most of the windows and doors open, if you wanted a cozy place to seat, you had to go to the bedroom, everywhere else in the hotel was very cold. Breakfast is served downstairs in the basement, beautiful place, but very cold, the food was cold, hot beverage got cold instantly. They could have at least a heater for the winter season. They are not really worried about customers hospitality. If you don’t want to go out to eat, the only thing they have is a frigobar in the bedroom with beer, soft drinks and chips.

charming pousada in a lovely area

the pousada itself is beautiful the shower was amazing and the bed very comfortable the staff is lovely

the wifi didn’t reach the room but we were there during a heavy rain so it might be connected to it

El desayuno es espectacular, lleno de opciones frescas y deliciosas. El sitio tiene mucho encanto y una bonita piscina y solarium. La ubicación es perfecta.

El cuarto, al estar en una planta baja de esta construcción antigua, es algo oscuro y húmedo. Nada que haya molestado demasiado. Repetiríamos.

A localização é ótima e a pousada em si é muito bonita. Os funcionários são muito educados e, dentro de suas possibilidades, atenderam todas as minhas demandas.

Primeiro quero salientar que minha avaliação se restringe ao apartamento no qual fiquei. Primeiro item, limpeza, estava muito bem elaborada. Segundo item, o apartamento em si visivelmente necessita de atualização.. A TV por assinatura não estava funcionando ou a quantidade de canais disponíveis era muito baixa, pois todos que selecionei não funcionaram. A piscina estava muito bem tratada. Acho que o valor cobrado pela acomodação foi muito elevado.

O hotel é estilo colonial, por isso, mais antigo. Mas, muito bem localizado, com equipe muito gentil. Custo benefício adequado para um casarão histórico

Da minha perspectiva de turista estrangeira, minha estadia neste hotel foi um verdadeiro sonho. Senti como se tivesse viajado no tempo sem perder o conforto de hoje. É lindo, lindo, lindo!

Talvez por falta de conhecimento, pensei que o hotel tivesse acesso 24 horas. Em algumas ocasiões, cheguei atrasado e acordei os funcionários, exigindo ser admitido. Peço desculpas.
