    The location is very nice, the room is a bit small. Extra charge for facilities fee even you don’t use them.

    Close to many amenities and NYU. Friendly staff and fair sized, clean rooms. Would definitely stay here again when visiting my son.

    Bar refrigerator did not cool properly to store items that needed refrigeration. No clock in the room. Did not like the 'open glass window' in the bathroom. NO a/c vent in the bathroom to cool the room. Shower had no place to put your own shampoo, soap, etc. Shower door had issues when you opened it. The towel hook was on the opposite side and you were unable to access your towel. The shower mat was too thick to fit under the shower door and therefore totally unusable. Bed was comfortable. Chair was not. More electrical outlets would have been nice. The room was VERY small and did not have enough areas to lay down your items. My room was quiet which was nice. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was 12 min. walking distance from my son.
