Very Disappointing Experience – 1.5/5 Stars
I would rate this hotel only 1.5 out of 5 stars. It was definitely not up to the mark, especially considering the price.
We booked a Deluxe Double Room for two nights through the Agoda app at ₹3,441 per night, paying a total of ₹6,883. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience.
- Dirty blanket: I requested an extra blanket for my child, but the room attendant provided a very dirty, used blanket.
- No intercom: There was no intercom system in the room; only a calling bell was available.
- Poor washroom maintenance: The washroom was not cleaned properly, and the water tap was not working.
- Broken dustbin: The dustbin in the room was broken.
- Poor breakfast quality: Breakfast was included in the room price, but the quality was disappointing. Even the serving utensils were cracked.
The only positive point is the hotel's location. If you want to stay near Jagannath Shankar Seth Metro Station, you may consider this hotel, as the station is just around 150 metres away.
Overall, the hotel was not worth the price we paid. In my opinion, it should charge around ₹500 per night rather than ₹3,441. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with good service.
