Very courteous staff and willing to answer all sorts of questions. Cleaning staff do a wonderful job, often cleaning up the mess made by the clients!!
Didn't like people smoking on the kitchen deck.
Rather expensive but seems thats the way of the world right now. Great location.
Was curious about the lack of compostable bins.
All in all I felt safe and taken well care of.
