    The hotel is in good location, just a bridge to Hanok Village. Spotless clean and comfortable. However I'm extremely disappointed how inflexible they are. It is aldy uncommon that we hv to bring the room card to the reception if we want our rooms to be cleaned. We just came from a long trip , overslept and only bring our room card at 120pm which they said pass the cutoff time at 1pm. They cannot clean our room. I'm guessing they outsource their hsekeeping, can't they even slot in another room? I cannot understand and I dun accept this as reasonable. I will chose another hotel shld I return to Jeonju. It is not abt my room not being cleaned, it is more on they don't value their guests.

    Stayed 2 nights in a superior room with a balcony and view of the river. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a separate toilet and shower and vanity area. Although at the front of the hotel we did not experience any noise disturbance during our stay. The breakfast was complementary and simple. There is also a coffee shop in the reception area which opened until late evening. Staff we engaged with were all helpful, storing luggage after checkout as we had a late afternoon train too. Location near to the traditional hanok houses with access via bridge or stepping stones across the river. We spent time visiting a number of sights including the mural village and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Jeonju.

    I had booked a hanok in the Jeonju village for 2 nights. The floor mat was thin, the room tiny, and the air didn't work. I decided we were leaving for our second night and booked N Bridge Hotel. What a great move. The room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was amazing. It also came with a light breakfast for less money than the Hanok. The front desk gave us a late checkout based on our departure information. I can't say enough about how wonderful this experience was.

    The location was very good. However, it seemed that cleanliness and overall maintenance were not given much attention. Although breakfast was included with the stay, there was no milk provided, and we were told to get milk from the café on the first floor, which was disappointing. Additionally, the window screen was torn, so we had to change rooms. The shower drain was badly clogged, and the marble floor in the bathroom was extremely slippery. If you are not careful, it would be very easy to slip and fall. Overall, while the location is good, the cleanliness and facility maintenance need improvement.
