Best thing about this hotel is Amir Hamza. He is the friendliest of the persons on the earth. His customer services skill were great. I had very late check in and he was worried because my arrival was around 10:30pm. Hamza called me to check if I was still coming. He showed me the room and facilities. It is a nice hotel with some good features. Some things can be improved however I cannot complain. I have rebooked here 3 times just based on service.

The staff were very friendly.
The hotel needs a bit of TLC but it was clean and comfortable and in a good neighbourhood. There was plenty of car parking and there is a tram stop within 15 minutes on foot. The breakfast was in a large dining room on the ground floor. You need to have mobility to get to rooms on the upper floors.
