Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was helpful but a little difficult to communicate just due to language differences. Nothing overly critical. Hotel is right amongst shopping and restaurants as well as transit. Evening shopping is amazing. Great vibes when walking around. People are very friendly and polite

The location is great, very close to the shopping malls and a convenience store next to the hotel, 3 min walk from metro station! Staff are very helpful and friendly!

Booked a twin room in this building, note that there's no view for this room type. Room was clean with all the needed amenities, but it's considerably smaller and more dated than K Hotels II which is also nearby. Breakfast staff was very friendly and there's a good amount of food choices available, and lots of tea/coffee available even when the dining area is closed. It's a very accessible location close to the subway, though the closest subway access is by stairs only. Lots to eat, shop nearby. I'd stay here again.
