I would not recommend this hotel at all. The only good thing about this hotel were the housekeeping staff and the young tuk-tuk driver. Don't get into a tuk-tuk with the older, bald driver as he will give you whiplash when he brakes - and that is if you can find him. We paid for a room with a washing machine but that wasn't in the room. When booking the room it was also stated that we would receive selected alcoholic beverages. That didn't happen - when we questioned it we were told it was actually 1 welcome drink per room. After showing the rude manager our hotel booking confirmation he eventually gave us 2 cans. Something about the whole 'Welcome Drink' situation doesn't feel right. In our suite we had a hotplate, sink & fridge but nothing in which to cook anything. Apparently you had to pay extra if you wanted any pots to cook in. The whole setup feels off.

Over the past 18 years I've stayed at this hotel 5-6 times. Imagine my disappointment in finding the lovely cafe permanently closed. Instead of going to the cafe for a hot coffee I found 2 staff members sleeping on the benches. I fear this hotel's best days have past.
