    The location is excellent & room size is generous for the price. The bathroom is decent, and shower has good water pressure with reliable hot & cold water. However, I connect overlook the cleanliness issues. The curtains had visible stains on the back, and the bedsheets were also stained. Most concerning was finding cockroaches in the room on multiple occasions - I encountered more than 6 during my stay. The staff, location and room are great for the price, the potential is there but the pest control need serious attention. I loved the room, the location and mostly the staff. I hope hotel management improve the experience by focusing on the cleaning and hygiene.

    Good value, accommodation down a quiet soi but only a short walk to public transport, parks and the lively Sukhumvit Rd. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms clean and spacious. I have stayed here a few times and I would recommend the place.

    This hotel is a great hotel for the price,not pristine, but clean enough,laundrette on site, n8ce little seating area, indoor & out,tuk tuk to sukhumvit Rd, and I stored bags free of charge for 4 days while I went on a trip, free of charge, super 👌
