Room was great. Staff were excellent and friendly. So close to Hora station and the ropeway to lake ashi. Great food too. Loved this place!!

This is a super clean and modern Japanese hotel. Perfect location for Gora. Restaurant was not open Mondays in hotel but several restaurants available within minutes. Breakfast was unusual but plentiful and the service was just lovely by all staff. Left bags when we checked in early and they took them to our room when’s/
