    We only stayed 1 night but had a great experience. Enjoyed the hot tub and the exercise room. Our room was great and the hotel is very clean and the bed was very comfy. We were able to walk across the bridge for a great dinner. All and all a very positive stay.

    Booked with Agoda - often use Agoda around the world and love 💕 it! However, this time it seemed because we didn’t book directly our concerns didn’t matter. This has never happened with any other Agoda booking. We asked several times to be moved due to the highway traffic keeping us up at night to no avail even though they definitely could have accommodated us. The 2nd night we had highway noise and on the other side about 30 teens in the hallway yelling & running. Asked to move again and the answer was no. Surely out of 4 nights they could have moved us!!! The main bed was hard. Pulled out the sofa bed and it was extremely uncomfortable 😳. Asked for sheets in morning for sofa bed came back in evening and still had to go to front desk for sheets. Had to ask if you wanted room cleaned. They would make the main bed and totally ignore the sofa bed. The staff at the front desk are way overworked… they do janitorial-front desk-breakfast-and the list goes on… Breakfast was included which is always nice. Again it was ok but not great. Same stuff over and over. Only had yogurt 2 breakfasts and then there was none! Pastry was majorly subpar. Only orange juice. Basically not much variety. Pool and hot tub are excellent! Temperature of both fantastic. Weird that you had to go to front desk in your bathing suit to get your rationed one pool towel-seriously! Very nice gym too. Staff very nice but management not accommodating at all. Nice that there is a fridge and 2 TVs in the room. The Hotel needs some renovation and to be kept tidier. Hallways are yucky 🤮 but rooms are nice. Seems like they never vacuum the hallway. Stayed here in the past when it was 1st opened - was much nicer then. Would I stay here again is the question-I would look elsewhere & might stay one night due to the location being close for driving home instead of in Bloomington. Definitely prefer Hampton/Hilton brand more for several reasons.
