Perfectly located on the main Street of akureyri, a stones throw from all the restaurants, harbor and sight seeing. Decent breakfast, could be better. Would suggest eating elsewhere in this charming town. I found it over priced for the faculties it offered

We stayed here one night during our Ring Road exploration and absolutely loved it! Very clean, modern look, kitchen area is filled with necessities to prep your meals for the road and staff is just a cherry on top :) we arrived with kids (7 and 12) late and needed to do the laundry badly after all the hikes and mud, the only laundry facility was available next day at 9 am making our timely check out time impossible. The laundry was done at 11-check out time- when i approached staff at the Bar (check in place ;) ) the sweet and understanding employee offered to us half an hour extension so we could at least pack our bags before heading out. It was so so appreciated! Thank you for your hospitality! ❤️ ps i know it is a small gesture but it gave us a big warm feeling inside for the kindness of their heart 🤗
