The staff, the breakfast, the private room, the double room and the private shower/ bathroom combo in each room.

Our room ran out of hot water suddenly at around 11pm, and four out of six plug sockets are not functioning... The hot water was back the next day but we could only use two plugs throughout the four nights of stay. Regardless of these situations, the room is clean and pretty spacious. Location is awesome, too. The staff are nice and helpful.
