This hotel is very well located. Close to everything and is really clean and comfortable. The staff is amazing always ready to help in anything you need. You can catch the trolley just across the street. Perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg.

The receptionist was very friendly! However, the room was horrible. It had a mildew, mold smell to it. It was very dry in the room and the bedding was damp/wet. Our clothes also, got a very damp feeling. The outlets that you had by the bed didn't hold your plugs in. You could barely charge yiur phone. The water pressure was horrible along with the electricity. I went into the bathroom and all of sudden the light went out. Luckily I turned the switch off and turned it back on, then it came back on. There was no window to open so we couldn't get any fresh air. The only
cool thing was seeing a black bear outside my room. We git some great pictures!!
