Everything was great. The staff, whom I believe were also the owners did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable there. They were very kind.

The check in process was difficult and frustrating due to the host not speaking English and there being no written instructions on Expedia. I would have had real trouble getting inside if i didn't have an Italian speaking friend to help.
I'm also pretty sure that I was made to pay the city tax twice. The room and bathroom were ok but wasn't very warm in December. There is coffee and some pastries available for breakfast, but be careful with the milk. The location is around 30 minutes from the center by foot and it's around 10 minutes walking to get to a bus to get to the center, but 5 minutes to a metro station that takes you to the main train station.
