    I will never stay here again. I had already reserved and paid for two nights, but when I arrived around 2 a.m. after a delayed flight, the night receptionist made me wait for a while until I approached her again. The next day, when I returned from outside, I went to collect the key that I had left at the reception. Instead of assisting me right away, the receptionist continued attending to something else and left me waiting in front of her. She then asked for my name twice and even said, “You have someone in the room, right?” I told her no. I was staying there alone. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that the receptionist had already asked me during check-in whether I had someone with me. I honestly do not understand how the staff are performing their jobs. The service was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and made me feel unnecessarily questioned and unwelcome, especially considering that I had already paid for my stay. I will definitely not be coming back.
