    Clean, small room. Two beds but only used one. The one young man when I checked in looked awkward but polite the lady on second shift cleaning was a sweetheart and very kind. That's all the staff I met during my time. Room smelled clean, AC worked, TV was older flat screen but ok enough. 8/10 over all

    Howard Johnson's motor lodges are all but extinct in the northeast, but they had a good reputation back in the day so we booked it.. The only real negative is that the restaurant they promote being on site is a dinner only location which is closed on Sunday nights, and it trends to the higher end for a vacationing family. It was a great experience, in that the people were amazing, food was good and the environment was very nice, but we booked it with the expectation that it was a standard Howard Johnson's type restaurant and it would be convenient for our meals. That being said, there are great breakfast, lunch and dinner options very near by that we loved. We will definitely stay again.

    Stuck in the 70's. Not only that, but I had reserved this room months ago and they put us in a room by the highway. It was loud. When I complained to the front desk about this, she said " I can give you earplugs. Meanwhile, my friend and her daughter booked the room last minute and was not in a room on the highway. I can say , the "good thing" about it, was that it was close to the stadium. We were going to a concert. No coffee maker in the room. we were not told that there was a coffee station located somewhere. HOWEVER, there was an amazing coffee shop across the highway with delicious coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches and cute gifts. For all these reasons, it would not be high on my list to recommend. Besides location.
